About Villa Bloom
Villa Bloom was founded in 2011 with the first location at Loosduinen in The Hague. We now have six locations, five of which are in The Hague and one in Wassenaar, but we remain a small-scale organization. This creates a personal atmosphere in which the lines of communication are short, the involvement is palpable and visible and there is a lot of attention to quality. Not only the children, but also our employees feel at home with us and can develop optimally.

Because you only really experience nature outside, we often take the children to the park and the forest, and we take care of the vegetable garden together.
We regularly hear from parents that our childcare is different from that of other organizations. The fact that we are bilingual certainly contributes to this. Our self-developed pedagogical policy is also unique, based on the following principle: building lifelong self-learners. The pedagogical policy contains many aspects of Montessori pedagogy. We also offer fresh organic meals, we have a well-thought-out curriculum and we exercise a lot.
About the Wassenaar location
This special location is located on the neighborhood road in the Kievietschool. The school has a beautiful schoolyard with various opportunities to get active. From the Kieviet School you will be in nature in no time.
Who are you?
You are someone who wants to make a difference for the children. You see the importance of playing in nature, healthy food and the development of children. Do you have a completed education in education, sports and exercise, activity guidance or pedagogy?
As a skilled professional, are you innovative, creative and enthusiastic? Do you have various ‘natural’ talents such as speaking different languages, sports, yoga or outdoor talent and do you prefer to be outside in nature?
Then we are looking for you!

At Villa Bloom you can count on a challenging job with plenty of room for your ambitions and initiatives. This includes the following employment conditions:
- An employment contract of 12 to 22 hours per week (on 4 days), with Monday being a fixed day in any case
- Classification in scale 6 (€ 2385 – € 3192 per month based on 36 hours) of the childcare collective labor agreement
- 8% holiday pay and 3% end-of-year bonus
- Travel allowance at €0.21 per kilometre, reimbursement from 9 km
- €8-€16 health insurance contribution
