Location Manager Childcare Centre (32 – 36 hours per week)

As Location manager, you and the team are constantly looking for ways to improve Villa Bloom’s services and strategy so that we are able to offer the highest quality at the childcare centre. The Location Manager is responsible for the daily operations and implementation of the strategic policy.
What are you going to do? You are responsible for running a location. As location manager you coach, inspire and motivate the pedagogical employees. You are responsible for work satisfaction, staffing and the quality of employees. You ensure that the pedagogical policy is implemented correctly. You are also the point of contact for parents. You also ensure a good child occupation by, for example, carrying out marketing campaigns. In this position, clear goals can be achieved and there are important assignments. You are familiar with the standard processes within childcare, so that you can immediately start working as a location manager.
As a manager you have a clear view of the management of locations and employees and you can advise, inspire and coach your team to get the best out of the position.
You have HBO / WO working and thinking level;
You have at least 5 years of experience as a regional manager or a comparable management position in the childcare sector;
You have a positive personality;
You are entrepreneurial;
You can manage stress
You are passionate professional;
You have a healthy dose of humor;
